How to place your order

On our website, view the products and choose the ones you like. Select the product and size and add it to your shopping cart by clicking BUY. Once added to your shopping cart, you can continue shopping or finish your order. At the time of finalizing your purchase, review the order summary and fill in the requested information: shipping address, type of shipping and your personal data. At this time, if you have a purchase voucher you can enter and validate it. On the next page, choose your payment method and complete your order. You will receive an email with the order confirmation.

Shipments and delivery

After purchasing, the status and tracking of the order will always be sent to your registered email on our website. You can also view this information in your account on our website, in the “My orders” section.

Home delivery:
•    Free shipments from 60 € on Peninsular Spain and Peninsular Portugal

•    Catalunya delivery time 1 business day
•    Balearic Islands delivery time 1 business day, except for shipments to the island of Formentera, which may take 48 hours. 
•    Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla delivery time 2 business days. For shipments outside Peninsular Spain, there may be customs taxes that must be paid by the customer.
•    Spain peninsular delivery time 1 business day
•    Portugal peninsular delivery time 1 business day. For shipments outside Peninsular Spain, there may be customs taxes that must be paid by the customer.
•    Azores and Madeira delivery time 2 business days. For shipments outside Peninsular Spain, there may be customs taxes that must be paid by the customer.
•    Andorra delivery time 1 business day. For shipments outside Peninsular Spain, there may be customs taxes that must be paid by the customer.
•    France delivery time 3-4 business days. For shipments outside Peninsular Spain, there may be customs taxes that must be paid by the customer.
•    Germany, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands delivery time 4-5 business days. For shipments outside Peninsular Spain, there may be customs taxes that must be paid by the customer.
•    Austria, Denmark, UK delivery time 4-5 business days. For shipments outside Peninsular Spain, there may be customs taxes that must be paid by the customer.
•    Other European countries delivery time 1-3 business days. For shipments outside Peninsular Spain, there may be customs taxes that must be paid by the customer.

 

Instructions for showroom collection: We ask that you notify us by WhatsApp when you are going to collect your order. The address is Carrer de Paris 89, 08029, Barcelona. Hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

 

We ship to all of Spain and Europe. Shipping costs are calculated according to the products you have in the shopping cart and the delivery address.

For shipments outside Peninsular Spain, there may be customs taxes that must be paid by the customer.

 

In the event that there is no person responsible for receiving the package at the delivery address, an SMS will be sent to coordinate another delivery with no extra cost. If the recipient is absent on the second delivery attempt, a notice is left with the details of the office where the package can be picked up. If the recipient has not appeared at the office to pick up the shipment or the address is incorrect or incomplete, after a period of 15 calendar days, the shipment will be returned to origin and the shipping cost will not be refunded, so you have to be aware of receiving it correctly.

For international destinations, a single delivery attempt will be made. If the recipient is absent, a notice will be left with the details of the office where you can pick up the shipment and within 7 days the shipment will be returned to origin and the shipping cost will not be refunded.

Returns & exchanges

If you are in Europe, you have a period of 15 days from receipt of the merchandise to request its return or exchange.

We give our customers the cost of the first return or exchange of online orders. That is, the first exchange or return made for each order is free for the costumer (as long as the order has been made in Spain, in the rest of the countries the return costs will be borne by the customer). If the customer has already made a change in size and wishes to make a second change, he must bear the return costs.

If you request the return of your order, the refund of returned items, provided they are in perfect condition and in their original packaging, will be made by the same means that was used for payment. In the event that the item is not returned as it was received, with damage, stains, damaged packaging or any other circumstance that implies a deterioration of the item, we may not proceed to reimburse the amount charged.

If you wish to exchange the products purchased for other products, sizes, or colors, will receive the reverse logistics code for the return of the products and the code with the value of the change in credit format to use on our website.

Size guide

It is important that you take your measurements carefully. With a tape measure, make three measurements:

BUST: measure across the widest part of the chest keeping the tape horizontal and breathing normally.

WAIST: measure at the narrowest part of the waist keeping the tape horizontal and breathing normally.

HIP: measure across the widest part of the hips keeping the tape horizontal and breathing normally.

Remember that if your measurements are between two sizes, choose the smaller size if you prefer the garment to fir more closely, and the larger size if you prefer it to be wider.
