USE OF ECO-FRIENDLY FABRICS We seek constant improvement, that is why we always look for environmentally friendly fabrics and ornaments. The main articles that we use in this ecological line are the fabrics of CO2control®️ family, a registered brand of Santaconstancia®️ Textile Mills that ensures the production of more environmentally friendly textiles. All fabrics are produced with reuse water, Santaconstancia®️ does not use drinking water in any of its industrial processes. The fabrics used for this collection are composed of LYCRA®️ and polyamide 6.6 (Nylon) with accelerated biodegradability. This polyamide 6.6 (Nylon) with accelerated biodegradability, registered as AMNI Soul Eco®️ is a pioneering technology that was developed by Rhodia®️ - Solvay Group in its Brazilian branch. When discarded in anaerobic conditions such as landfills, this polyamide decomposes in about 5 years, accelerating the process that before took decades to occur. In addition, the fabrics used for this collection have sun protection UV50+ and are certified by Oeko-Tex 100 Class I providing the non toxicity to the human skin. See in the description of our products those that are made with these fibers. |
We also use LYCRA®️EcoMade, The LYCRA Company's first elastane fiber produced with pre-consumer recycled material. This means that 20% of recycled raw material from factory waste is used in the production of this fiber, so LYCRA®️EcoMade fiber has a lower environmental impact and generates less waste, with 100% of the original LYCRA®️ performance. See in the description of our products those that are made with this fiber. |

MADE IN BRAZIL We are a 100% Brazilian company. For more than 30 years we have been producing our clothes in Brazil and taking this quality to the world. We want to generate value for our country and strengthen our industry, so that the world can honor Brazilian fashion. In addittion, we are proud of female entrepreneurship, which is in the DNA of our brand. The percentage of women within our company is 98%. Each stage of the creation, development, production and sale of our products comes from the effort and will of the women who make up our company. |
WASTE GENERATION Our main waste is the raw materials left over from the production of our clothes, such as fabric scraps and rubber bands. All these materials are duly separated and intended for circularity actions, which you can see in the next item. The recyclable waste that is generated within our company is correctly separated and destined for recycling. |
RECYCLE We want our products to be high quality and have a longer shelf life, so there is less disposal. More and more we want to reuse our materials and reduce environmental impact, maintaining the value of materials for longer. We always try to give a new use to our discards. Our main waste is the raw materials left over from the production of our clothes, such as fabrics scraps and rubber bands. All this materail is sent for recycling. The fabrics, ornaments and pilot pieces that were not used in our collections are made available to the company's internal bazaar and are also donated to Base Transformar ONG from Campinas-SP (Brazil). We can always be better, so we keep looking for ideas to improve our recycling chain. Do you have any suggestions / ideas on this topic? It will certainly be of great use to us! Send us yout tips and suggestions by email to hello@trilhaverao.com.

SOCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSABILITY We believe that fashion has a positive impact on people, and we can make this industry more conscious and more sustainable. For us, the first step towards social and environmental responsability in the world of fashion is to ask ourselves: Where do my clothes come from? Who made my clothes? Understanding what is behind each garment is very important for this industry to be sustainable, responsible and aware. We are concerned with social and environmental responsability, and we want an increasingly better and more conscious fashion industry. We are increasingle looking for transparency, the use of ecological materials, the reduction of the use of plastic within our company and the correct elimination of waste. We care about the safety and comfort of our employees, and we always want to be better. |
